Public service announcement: It can be hard to find sports bras in small sizes that have enough support. Well, amazingly, I just found one that does, at Victoria's Secret. I'm not finding it on the website but it's style ID # 36009390 1009. I am an ample 32A (yes, that does exist) and it's a perfect fit, and everything stays put when I'm running They had a couple of "maximum" support styles but this one was a lot more maximum than the other one, which was more mesh-y. Both also have hook closures in back, which is kind of a pain but gives you a good fit. Just thought people might want to know!

I've actually done well with La Senza sports bras in a 32A and Lululemon tops and bras with the removable cups. The cups not only give shape, but also hold everything in place when doing high-impact activities. Plus the tops can run small especially the Athletic Deep V Tanks. For the tops I can usually take a 4 (XS) but the Deep V Tank usually I need a 6 (S). They are pricey, but they are of great quality and last forever. And don't forget to check out the pants as well! They go down to 2 (XXS) (and on rare occasions 0 (XXXS)). Great for petites and Lululemon has free hemming.

Cher this is great to hear about Lulu Lemon - I'd always thought they'd be too big like a lot of activewear brands (ahem, Nike) but now it sounds like I'll have to check them out - thanks!

This may sound low-end but actually, fruit of the loom has some really cute and TINY sports bras with cups in them at Walmart. They actually give me cleavage and I'm probably a true 28-30A. The 32 is tight on me so a regular 32 would probably need a 34. I definitely recommend trying it out if you are ever picking up extra cereal. ;D

I'm a 30B, so I have a really hard time getting a band that fits, but Under Armour sports bras in XS or S are great, especially the ones with the additional hook and eye closures in the back.

Oh...there's also Lucy. They have sales from time to time, so things aren't so expensive. I wear the XXS for the bras and tops...and I'm a 30C. It has a snug band and keeps everything in place for higher impact workouts. The smaller sizes can be a challenge to find, but definitely worth it. I haven't tried the bottoms, but they seem pretty small. Here are a few on sale now: Hot Yoga BraPulse Power Racerback

Has anyone tried the Moving Comfort Alexis bra? I was surfing online to try and find a sports bra that had some extra oomph, and apparently this one is very highly rated (moulded/padded cups). As a 30A, any kind of typical sports bra completely flattens me out, so I'm looking for something that has a little extra something! I would love to wear the tank tops with the build in shelf bras, but they automatically give me the physique of a 10-year-old. I've been trying to find this bra in Toronto, but no luck so far.
