Has anyone tried anything from Modcloth? The clothes are so cute and reasonably priced too, but they only have sizes small, medium, and large

Thanks for the suggestion, but Modcloth isn't an exclusively petite line which caters specifically for the 5'4" and below crowd.

Gosh I love Modcloth too! But you guys are right, they don't even have XS

I tried on two dresses from ModCloth in a size small. They swam on me! I've learned to look for the description where they say the sizes run small. That means a small could possibly fit. Those are rare though.

I picked up this dress in a small from Modcloth and it fill well at my shoulders and waist. It's not a petite-exclusive site so I think you have to ask for measurements, don't quite fall in love with the item, and be prepared to return it if it's impossible to be tailored.
