Anyone know where to get insoles that fits shoes smaller than a size 5? I have two pairs of shoes - both size 4 - that run a bit big on me, and I figured I'll use insoles to make them fit better. I've looked at some places online but they all start at size 5 or higher. I bought a pair from my local drugstore before, but I couldn't cram them into my shoes at all!

Help me, girls! :?

Generally insoles are made to be cut to size. The other option is just getting the ball of foot pads and/or heel pads.

I wear a 3.5 and have used Foot Petal's Sexy Soles. I just cut it down to fit my flats and it works really well. I would suggest cutting one sole very conservatively (try measuring using a piece of paper first) and trimming it down to fit, then cutting the other sole to match.

Most insoles are made of thin foam that can easily be trimmed with scissors, unless they have gel inside or something. You can layer them too if one pair isn't thick enough. For that, I buy the cheapest ones I can find. Unfortunately you couldn't layer cheap ugly insoles in open sandals or heels. For sandals or heels, "Dr. Scholls For Her" fit quite small and are very comfy, and I'm pretty sure you can trim them, but once you stick them onto a pair of shoes they are hard to get off again.

Hope that helps!
