Hello :)

Just wondering if anyone own a pair of these? I'm new to J Crew and not sure which size would be best for me. I have am 33 in the hips and usually shop for pants by the hips rather than waist.

Since I'm in Canada, I wold hate to buy the wrong size. I hope someone can help me and take some measurements for me, thanks in advance!
