I just reviewed several petite work attire items that I found from the outlets! Check them out in this post:

My reviews include two pairs of trouser pants and a top from Ann Taylor Factory Store, a pair of skinny trousers from Gap Outlet, and a non-iron shirt from Brooks Brothers Factory Store. (All were a success!)

Everything looks great! I especially like the AT pants - very cute. Were they cheaper than regular AT pants? Also, the BB's shirt is nice. I usually am not able to find my size at BB's, but I have one jacket I got there that worked out really well, and they always have shirts in pretty colors.

My issue at the outlet is (1) The AT stuff and BR stuff seem to be made of cheaper fabrics that don't wear as well and (2) my outlet doesn't carry that many tiny sizes. Also, I tend to be stupid at outlet stores and buy things I don't love because they are so cheap. But I have gotten a few cute things & basics there... my brothers like the outlet for the Ralph Lauren & Brooks Brothers stores, so I tend to go when they visit. And the outlet malls are great for Christmas shopping!

Diana- you are absolutely right about the AT and BR outlets being of cheaper quality. That's usually why I stay away! But I was happy to find that the AT Factory pants were about the same quality and price (and sizing) as LOFT, so it was like getting pants from a regular LOFT store.
