A few of my best kept Los Angeles petite shopping secrets:

Nordstrom Rack at the Howard Hughes Center, Culver City: Small shoe sizes at a discount. Not as many size 4 and 4.5 shoes as the Rack in San Diego, but when they get new shipments, some good stuff can be found. Also look for designer jeans in small sizes. My favorite pair of Paige jeans was picked up here.

LOFT at Manhattan Village in Manhattan Beach: This mall is not heavily trafficked, so there is less competition for small sizes.

White House | Black Market at Manhattan Village: Same as above for LOFT.

Banana Republic at Third Street Promenade, Santa Monica: This is a flagship store, which means they carry more items than a regular store. The entire downstairs is dedicated to petites!

Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills: Small shoe sizes galore! If you're a size 4-6, and you're lusting for some designer shoes, check them out. I'm always amazed at the small shoe selection.

Great shoe repair: Pasquale's Shoe Repair

LOFT in Marina Del Rey has a lot of PXXS sizes and it's never busy.

Madewell in Century City has great sales and the one in Glendale is good too.

Nordstrom RAck near Topanga mall in Woodland Hills carry a whole rack of size 4 shoes
