Hi,
I'm headed to Chicago soon for work and was wondering if there are any recommendations of places to check out. I'll be in the downtown area so can't travel too far and will only have maybe half a day to shop.

So I didn't have any time to shop but did see that there was a two or three story Zara on the Michigan Ave that looked promising.

Neighborhood: Near North Side
On a different style note ... I did get a chance to take the Chicago Architecture Foundation boat tour which I highly highly recommend. You get to see Chicago in a totally different way. The docent was so knowledgeable! I would definitely do this tour again and felt it was well worth the ticket price of $32 (90 min tour)
