Hey everyone, I have a question about bra sizing. I've been wearing a size 32A for probably about 4-5 years but recently, I've been seeing a lot of things about how most women aren't wearing the right bra size. I saw this online measuring tool on Petite XXS (http://www.petitexxs.com/2010/06/tlbc-h ... -size.html) and when I plugged in my numbers, I ended up with a size 28B! I am pretty small-chested, so I don't see how I can be a B cup. However, some of my bras (esp the strapless kind) are a bit loose in the band. So I'm not sure if I'm a 32A or a 28B or what. If I am a 28B, do any of you know where I could possibly buy that size because I've never seen it in any store? I typically buy my bras from Victoria's Secret, but I've never been professionally fitted. Thanks!

The cup of a 28 B is actually smaller than that of a 32A. When you go down a band size you have to go up a cup size so the cup of a 36A for example is the same as a 34B is the same as a 32C, etc.
I know that figleaves.com has a huge ranges of sizes and sells hard to find sizes. I know a lot of the ladies also really like thelittlebracompany. Good luck, hope you find something that works for you.

I've had that same problem for a verrryy loonnngg time!! My friend sorta saw me struggle so she recommended a thelittlebracompany bra. They specialize in petite bras so i'm sure you're a good candidate! (They also carry your size )
Let me say it's the most comfortable I have ever worn. I'm a 28 B as well.. and I've never had a bra fit me so well. It is amazing. Not only is it fitting, comfortable, and preettyy, there's a perfect amount of padding which gave me that fuller look. I definitely recommend one of their bras. daisy351 is correct, a 28B actually has smaller cups than a 32A; also, if your band is very loose, it can make the cups feel larger than they are. I would try 28B/C, but you might also be able to wear 30A/B, which should be easier to find.

appareladdiction--Cup sizes correlate with band sizes, so just cause a bra is a B cup doesn't mean it's a large size. The actual size of the cup may be exactly the same between sizes, but with different size labels. If you go up a band size, you size down the cup size, and if you go down a band size, you go up a cup size. For example, a 32 B bra has the same cup size as a 30 C or a 34A.

If you feel that the 32 A cups fit you but the band is too loose, try a 30 B. Petite XXS's calculator is just a calculator--it's not going to be 100% accurate. It told me I'm a 30 C, but I already have to break in 32 band bras. I wouldn't be able to breathe with a 30 band bra!
