Hi ladies!

I've been looking for some affordable knee high or over the knee black boots for some time now - alas, the Stuart Weitzman boots are out of my price range. After scrounging websites online to see what's out there, I found the Casee boot (https://www.shoemint.com/shoes/cacee) on ShoeMint and snatched it up after finding a $40 discount, but hours later, I'm getting buyers remorse and now I think I jumped the gun on them! Although I love the style, according to the website, the shaft height is a tall 21 inches (I'm 5'1", so that hits around 3 inches above the knee). I'm not sure whether I should wait and see how the boots turn out, or if I should just cut my losses now and cancel the order, since ShoeMint charges a handling fee for returns. Have any of you ladies out there had successes with tall boots like these?
