Nude pumps for small and wide feet?

Hi ladies, I have been forever in the hunt of a classic patent nude pumps that would fit my small but wide (size 5) feet. I want something that's patent nude, at least 3 inches high, and that's wide enough not to be a torture to wear. Does anyone have any recommendations? Would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
