I feel like a loser, but I have always been a lingerie enthusiast and I can (and have) literally sit for hours and scour online sites for brands that make 28-30 size bands. So I thought what better place to make a list of them all! I'll continue to add to the list as I find more, and if anyone else finds some add them!

I know there's a thread right below this basically with the same intent, but I just thought it'd be nice to compile the list in a new post so you don't have to look through many pages to find some more suggestions in that thread.

    Aubade Lingerie
    starts at size 30A

    Topshop Lingerie
    starts at size 30A

    Caprice
    starts at 30A

    Huit
    Starts at 30A

    Mimi Holliday by Damaris
starts at size 30AA on their product site, but they used to start at 28A
(FOUND SOME! 28A, 28B, 28DD, 30DD are left and on sale!
    http://www.figleaves.com/us/product.asp?product=Mimi-Holliday-by-Damaris-Lintensite-Balcony-Bra&product_id=MH-AW10-93&size=28a&colour=Reds
    http://www.figleaves.com/us/product.asp?product=Mimi-Holliday-by-Damaris-Paradis-Padded-Super-Plunge-Bra&product_id=MH-AW10-77&size=28a&colour=Blues)

    http://www.journelle.com/
They have bras listed that starts at size 28AA
They also have many Mimi Holliday bras that start in 28As as well!
(A nice thing about Journelle is that they provide detailed size reviews for the bras for you.)

    http://www.lailides.com/store/
Fits at size 30AA and up (specifically made for petite women!)

    Lula Lu Petites
    Starts at size 30AA

The Little Bra Company of course!
    Starts at size 28A

    Itty Bitty Bra
Starts at 32AA, but runs very small

    Timpa
Starts at 32A, but can fit AA

    Elle Macpherson
Starts at 32A, but fits smaller

    Gilly Hicks
Starts at 32AA, the cups in their balconettes fit extremely small, it fit like a 32AAA on me

    Panache Atlantis
    Starts at 30A
(but the 30A I bought was ridiculously sized, looked more to be a 30C at least; so it's good for larger cup sizes!)

    After Eden
    Starts at 30AA

    Marks & Spencer
Starts at 28AA-30C for their children's line
Starts at 28D for their Women's line on their website
(However, a lot of 28B sizes from their women's line can be found on eBay; they fit more like a 26C)

    Harlette lingerie
    Starts at 28A

    Some of Figleaves basics
    Starts at 30AA
(but that size looks more like a 26B as far as the cup proportion goes, but the band is a looser 30; so... it's pretty ill-constructed but I don't know how the other sizes are)

to be continued... ;)

Most stores stop offering bras at size 32 bands. I'm pretty sure I'm somewhere between a 28 or 30 band! So here are some online stores that offer small band bras. Please add any that I may have missed...or share your experiences with any of these companies:

Does anyone have any recommendations for a petite size bra that can be worn with a low back/open back dress? I am in the process of designing/sewing my wedding dress, which has a high bateau neckline, fitted sleeveless bodice with princess seams and a low scooped back. Were I a bit younger I would just go without a bra (I'm a 32AA or A depending on the brand) but alas, at age 34 gravity has taken its toll and I definitely need some support to keep things where they need to be for the dress to fit correctly.

I am aware of those new silicone bra things that have no back or straps but from what I can tell they do not come in small sizes. I have also seen the stap converters but I worry those won't work either, as the back is fairly low on the dress, and I seldom fill cups on a bra - I fear things would just fall down. I have seen one or two bras specifically made for this type of dress but they are not petite sized and I typically cannot fit into most standard small sizes (not to mention most don't come in a 32A).

Any suggestions?

feldmanTcat - Congrats on getting married and being brave enough to make your own dress! I'm not sure about your question, but I just tweeted it, so maybe another petite will know. ;)

From what I know, a lot of tailors sew bra cups into the dress so brides can go braless. Alternatively, I wore a Nubra (one of those sticky re-usable silicone bras) for my wedding and it fit just fine. It was a size A but because the inside of the cup sticks to the skin, there was no gap... and in fact did wonders for my "cleavage" thanks to the adjustable placement. My only worry was that it wouldn't stay on the whole night, but it actually held up quite well and didn't budge until I took it off. I think the adhesive did irritate my skin a bit but the redness went away the next day so overall I was happy with it. Hope that helps! :)

I would also recommend the NuBra. I purchased this one for my prom a last year http://cgi.ebay.com/NuBra-Seamless-U-Strapless-Bra-XS-AA-32AA-34AA-32A-34A-/160570020483?pt=US_CSA_WC_Intimates&hash=item2562b81283
I didn't have any problems with it slipping (even with heat and dancing); I had more problems with my own dress slipping -_- (that I designed and made myself as well! :D). this specific one is also their "U" shaped one which is a lot less coverage so it fits better for petite women. It gave great cleavage, but because the cups were shallow, it made my profile look smaller. You could also just put a light padded lining into the cups of your bodice underneath the lining just for a nice curve but still a natural shape to wear with the NuBra (just a suggestion). If you want more shape, there is also this one for AA cups

Thanks everyone for your input. I was looking at the Nubra but I was skeptical - I will definitely give it a try. I need to buy the bra before I start fitting my dress because the placement of the princess seams depends on the bust point. This was super helpful.

I wear a 32C/D, but still need "petite" for the shoulder straps. I just bought a Natori bra at Nordstrom. The straps adjust to a lot smaller length than other standard bras.

Hello ladies!
Just discovered the Aerie intimates line (American Eagle)!
Went shopping at Marshall's last nite and they had 3 "Sasha" 32A bras on clearance!
2 of them for $6.50 each and 1 for $5!!
They fit very well, just the right amount of "push" and so comfortable!

http://www.ae.com/aerie/index.jsp

Their bras start at 32AA.
At first it looks like they may cater only to high schoolers (and younger), but I found their bras to be beautiful, feminine and sexy. Reasonable pricing.

Has anyone ever tried this line?

I don't know what the smallest size is, but Princesse Tam Tam tends to run small. It's also super gorgeous! I wish Nordstrom carried this brand. I've only ever seen it at a store in the Royal Hawaiian Center in Waikiki and in Paris. Figleaves.com used to sell more of it... I see it come in & out of stock every once in awhile.
