I'm young- 18 years old! I like my jeans skin tight (extremely fitted). I am 4"11 and 95 pounds. Any suggestions where I can find my dream pair of jeans?

Forever21 ones are tiny, and mine have shrunk in the wash. Sometimes I can find them at a 29" inseam ("cropped"?), which fit great without hemming.

I have a pair of tight-fitting Paige jeans that I bought from Nordstrom Rack in a size 24. They are long though. I also just recently purchased AE Outfitters skinny jeans and jeggings in OO short that fit really well, although the jeggings got a little baggy at the knee after wearing them all day. But I still like them.

PacSun denim, short inseam, try sizes 00-3 (depending on how you're proportioned!). You might still need to hem a little bit but these jeans are generally great if you're tiny and them stretchy and tight! Price is pretty good too, 2 for $50

Also check out LOFT and Banana Republic petites, some of their sizes tend to run small but the rises are higher.
You should totally check out F21 too, their denim is easy to shrink. In general, skinnies are easy to hem too!
At PacSun, go for the "jeggings" bc they're more stretchy and tight. The other denim is more of a rough/ thick texture last I checked.

I purchased a pair of jeggins from GAP that were really tight. You may want to try those and see if they fit the bill. Different washes fit differently on me.

I have several pairs of cheap Wet Seal jeans, size 00 short. They fit perfectly!

J Brand Twiggy jeans are super tight on me, and they are so soft and comfortable to boot. If you find them on sale, definitely recommended.
