All these bra measurements are super confusing! I measure 27" underbust, 33" at the fullest part of the bust, and 30" above the bust. I know that 32B's are wayyyy too loose at the band and the cup is too small. I've been wearing 30C's; mostly in the middle or tightest hook. To be honest, I'm not sure how to tell if a cup is too small unless if I see some obvious spillage (which rarely happens, I don't have much boobs going on to tell lol). Should I try 28D or 28DD? Or maybe even a 26 band?

Any advice is appreciated!

According to your measurements 30C looks right to me. What makes you think that your cup size is too small? If there is no spillage, it's not too small.

From your measurements you could try a 28e especially if you wear your bras on the middle or the tightest hook, that is usually a sign that the bra band is too big. So your guess is actually not bad

I have been professionally fitted by a custom bra shop. I get all custom bras because I'm small, like alot of us on here. I wear a 28E or 28F. I am similar to your size. I measure 27 under, and 33 around the fullest part. For every inch bigger you are from band size to fullest part, is equal to one cup size. And, you're band size should be the same or closest to your under measurement. My bras are expensive, but they fit like a glove. I have no issues with band being too loose or riding up and the straps are where they are supposed to be. There are some places online that sell bras in that size. But, honestly, I'd try to find a shop that does it properly. HTH!
