I was at H&M (again) this weekend and tried on a few items. I've been wanting a pleated skirt, and I like polka dots, so I was excited when I found this polka dot pleated skirt in navy blue. It's really cute on but unfortunately, the size 2 was too large for me in the waist. At the time, I was trying to exercise restraint and decided that 1) I would not like wearing it as-is and 2) the skirt isn't really worth $34.95 plus at least $15 more for taking in the waist, so I passed on it. If anyone has suggestions for a similar skirt, please let me know, otherwise I might cave and go back and buy it!! Overall though this skirt is super cute- you can't beat navy and small polka dots and pleats. The waist is flattering and, when worn at the true waist, the length isn't overwhelming, even on a petite frame.

For reference, I'm just under 5' and 95 pounds.
