I am 5'2, 107 lbs and wear a size 0 or 00 petite in dresses. I bought the Modcloth Say it Like you Mean it dress in UK size 6.

The dress is cotton, machine washable, and knee length with elbow length shoulders. I adore the beautiful blue and green colors, the color is very rich on the dress. The torso is not tight, but when I raise my arms, there is no extra fabric underneath the armholes. The fabric belt can be tied to cinch the waist.
