I would say get the 00P. Most of my jeans are Loft dark wash (outlet brand mostly, but a lot are ebay so I'm not too sure) and after I wash them they are very tight but stretch out after I wear them for a little while. I wash my jeans often though so they probably shrank some since I bought them, especially the inseam. I used to wear them with heels, now I wear them with flats.
