General Posting Rules

* Malicious comments about the height, weight, gender, ethnicity, health, or related issues, of the members of this forum are strictly forbidden and will result in banning. This forum is about finding clothing that fits, and all members should feel safe to talk about body type openly. Any attacks of this nature will be treated harshly.
* Be nice, treat fellow forum members with respect. Do not call names. Should you disagree with someone else's opinion, settle the argument maturely. Attacks on other members will not be tolerated.
* Politics or discussions of religious nature are not permitted.
* Only one registered nickname per user. Additional, active nicknames are not permitted and will be banned along with the original. If you need to change your username, please contact the forum Admin by Private Message (PM).
* Should you have a problem with a member or post, send the member a Private Message (PM) or optionally, report the post to a Moderator using the 'Report This Post' link (marked by a " ! " at the bottom right corner of all posts). Do not take your complaint to the public forums.
* Keep threads on topic. Start threads in the most appropriate forums.
* Strong profanity and cursing are prohibited.
* Observe all COPYRIGHT LAWS, TOS's and NDA's when posting copyrighted material. If the material belongs to someone else, please credit the original author. Do not post messages that violate Federal, State, or Local laws which include, but are not limited to, anything that violates a copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or is bound by NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).
* Do not post materials if you do not have permission to distribute them electronically or otherwise. This includes posting images directly from a website (hotlinking). Please make use of the forum's attachment function to share such materials with the community.
* No posting of or linking to materials of pornographic nature.
* No shouting (excessive use of capitalized letters).
* Posting in English only.

Promoting your business, website, or blog:

* Personal blog/website links in the signature or profile are permitted.
* Commercial store/business/ebay store signature or profile links are only permitted by approval or discretion of the administration.
* Threads promoting your store/business/ebay store is not permitted and will result in account deletion.
* Signatures featuring anchor text to improve a website's or business's SEO is not permitted, and will be deleted.
* Linking to your personal blog/website within a topic post is permitted as long as it relates or adds to the topic in which it is posted. This is up to administrator discretion.
* Soliciting via Private Messages or spamming the forums with links to your business is prohibited.
* Posting of your own affiliate links in the forum is prohibited. This is spammy and jeopardizes the integrity of the forum.
* For advertising opportunities, please contact an Administrator.

Buying/Selling on the Alterations Needed Forum:

* Selling of personal items is only permitted in the Alterations Needed Marketplace.
* Ecommerce sites are not permitted to post or sell their items.
* Soliciting your items for sale via Private Messages is prohibited.
* You may link to your personal auctions only in the "Post (Active) Petite eBay Finds Here" topic.
* Read the Alterations Needed Marketplace Rules for selling and buying guidelines.

Signature Rules

* Links to personal blogs/web sites are fine.
* Commercial store/business/ebay store signature or profile links are only permitted by approval or discretion of the administration.
* Links to personal auctions are not permitted.
* Absolutely no links to sites selling/promoting counterfeit items.

Breaking any of the above listed forum rules can result in the loss of posting privileges and loss of your Alterations Needed Forum account. We also reserve the right to ban any user, at any time, and for any reason. The administrators frequently review forum messages for those that are in violation of the Alterations Needed Forum rules. Any messages found to be in violation will be deleted without warning or explanation. We reserve the right to edit, reprint, distribute, or delete any posting for any reason and without prior notification or explanation to the author.

The Alterations Needed Forum and its representatives will not be held liable for the result of the usage of any information provided in the Alterations Needed Forum, and disclaim all liability resulting in the use of the posted information.
