I can't seem to find a 28C bra that fits. I've tried the Lucia in 28C from tLBC and the cups are too close together for me, causing a lot of breast tissue to hang out on the sides. The strapless is too uncomfortable to wear on a daily basis.

The 30's are too big for me, as I already wear the tightest hook on the TLBC 28 bands.

I've tried the Freya bras in 28D, and while they fit, the cups are placed too far apart, making my shape look funky.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Cleo by Panache makes 28Cs, and they should have wider underwires and more widely spaced cups than the TLBC bras. A lot of their discontinued styles are available on eBay.

If you fit into Freyas in 28D, though, you might be able to wear that size in other brands - Marks & Spencer comes to mind, although their sizing can be inconsistent. I find that Freya cups in the right size are a little too deep for me, so the fabric creases on top, whereas M&S bras tend to be on the shallow side and my usual cup size is too small. Panache (which starts at 28D) is somewhere between the two.

FYI, bras from the M&S Limited Collection range often run small in the band, so you might be able to wear a 30B/C there. I don't know how they compare to TLBC, but my ribcage is 25-26" and the Limited Collection 28s can be uncomfortably tight on me.

Thanks for the reply! I've tried the Cleo bras in 28D, (couldn't find one in 28C for some reason) and while the band was great, the cup was too shallow and wide at the same time. There was too much cup I guess. It's just strange. I would try a 28DD but I'm afraid the cup will be even wider, extend to sides.

I have the same ribcage as you - 25", so M&S bras sound great. Except the shipping to the states is $20! And on top of that I will have to buy a bunch in different sizes, so the return shipping will cost me. I'll be on the lookout for M&S bras on Ebay. I really hope M&S comes over here soon!

Unless anyone has M&S bras they want to sell?

I find that the Victoria Secret Pink line runs a lot smaller than their other lines. The 30's fit on the loosest hook, but the cups only go up to a B and they are so small! I wish they sold 30C's.

I've only tried one Cleo (the Lucy) and found it too shallow as well. I agree that if the 28D was too wide for you, 28DD would probably be even wider and the cups would be an awkward fit.

It sounds as if Marks & Spencer might fit you in 28D or 30B/C, but if you ever want to try an M&S bra in 28DD, I would stick to the styles that come in A-DD cups - the "DD plus" styles are constructed differently and can run very large in the cup.

I buy my 28B and C bras on ebay. There are lots of cute Marks and Spencer ones, new with tags but cheaper than shipping from the store.

Cleo doesn't work for me for some reason. Underwires are the wrong shape and stab me in the middle of my chest. If only I was busty enough to fit a regular Panache 28D.. I tried one on once and it was sooo comfy. I often hear that Panache has wide, shallow cups - this is perfect for me! Wide but flat..
